We are involved as part of the design team to develop a concept for a low cost, environmentally aware future build techniques, the ethos being to explore new ways of delivering Passivhaus plus standard accommodation and truly affordable homes for the future.

From ordinary to extraordinary, the remodelling of the rear of this house provides a contemporary, flexible family living area. The brief included an open-plan kitchen, living and office workspace.

On the site of the former ticket office from the Swains Park Crossing Swadlincote loop, operated around the 1950s. This parcel of land was purchased by our clients with planning permission already in place for 13 new dwellings.
