Following the securing of planning permission, in advance of our client purchasing the site, we were appointed to develop the working stage construction drawings and details. We were also on hand throughout the construction process to assist the builder.

The project was one of the first within the North West Leicestershire District to approve the use of the R9 UPVC flush casement window in a conservation area. Rob met personally with the conservation officer with a physical window sample to discuss at the length the advantages of this over a traditional painted casement.

The dwelling was also designed with a private sewage treatment plant, discharging clean water in to the brook and also to be heated using a Grant, chip fed Bio-mass Boiler in lieu of oil or LPG.

We think the results speak for themselves.
