The regeneration of an area of Chesterfield that has been derelict for several years. The two individually designed developments provide a 133-room hotel with a restaurant and a separate 34-residential apartment block with a ground floor café.

We took this concept through to Planning permission, which was granted in 2021 for this extensive project. The site’s combined use is reflected in contrasting buildings, a glazed and faceted front residential block incorporating 1 and 2-bedroom apartments and a stylish budget hotel in a central location of Chesterfield.
