Turner + Co were engaged on this project to enhance an existing planning permission granted prior to our client’s acquisition of the site. Our brief was clear: maximize the potential value of a speculatively constructed luxury residential dwelling, while ensuring the design would set a new benchmark for both aesthetic excellence and practical sophistication.

Working in close collaboration with our expert Planning consultant, we navigated the complexities of green belt restrictions to successfully secure approval for a design that exceeds the originally permitted volume and height.

With Planning in place, we provided our client with a complete set of detailed working drawings, coordinated with all the necessary third-party professionals including Structural Engineers SA Consulting to ensure everything was in order for construction.
