On the site of the former ticket office from the Swains Park Crossing Swadlincote loop, operated around the 1950s. This parcel of land was purchased by our clients with planning permission already in place for 13 new dwellings.
We re-submitted a Section 73 application to modify the scheme to provide improved accommodation and site layout with a greater financial return for our client.
Full working stage construction drawings and details were then developed, including the design of the surface water attenuation system, highways and Severn Trent licenses and conveyancing plans for the legal transactions.
We also produced some early marketing images to allow the site to be widely advertised by the local agents. This helped to secure many of the sales prior to completion of the full scheme.
