This is the 2nd phase of development for Bentley Motors at their headquarters in Crewe. The works were in connection with their planned expansion of the research and development arm of the business.

The building provides four floors and circa 90,000ft² of high quality, market-leading office, meeting and lab space. It is the second building of a potential three building project, known affectionately by the staff as the ‘sugar cubes’.

The 1st phase was undertaken in 2016 and Rob was involved in both phases in partnership with V&S Hartley Ltd in helping to deliver the fit-out elements.
